Everything you need to know before your flight
Is paragliding safe?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We use only EN-certified equipment, our pilots have thousands of flight hours, and we never fly in unsafe weather conditions. We have a 100% safety record with over 5,000 successful flights.
What if I'm afraid of heights?
Many of our customers are nervous at first! Unlike standing on a tall building, paragliding feels like sitting in a comfortable chair with no sensation of falling. Our experienced pilots are experts at putting nervous flyers at ease.
Is there a weight limit?
For safety reasons, we have a weight limit of 110kg (240 lbs). Passengers over 90kg should inform us when booking so we can prepare appropriate equipment. There is no minimum weight, but children under 18 need parental consent.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy shoes (no sandals or high heels). We recommend bringing sunglasses and sunscreen. Even on warm days, it can be cooler at altitude, so bring a light jacket.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions aren't suitable for flying, we'll reschedule your flight at no extra cost. We actively monitor the weather and will contact you if we need to postpone. Safety always comes first!
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, but we also provide free photos and video of your flight! Our pilots use professional-grade cameras to capture your experience. If you bring your own camera, it must have a secure strap.
How do I get to the takeoff location?
Transportation to the takeoff point is included in all our packages! We'll meet at our office in Tolmin and drive you up together. After landing, we can either return you to our office or to a nearby location of your choice.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes! Gift vouchers are a popular choice and are valid for one year from purchase. The recipient can choose their preferred flight type and schedule at their convenience. Contact us to order a beautifully packaged voucher.
